Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Swastha 360° website, accounts, patient features, and related services.
- Effective:

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Swastha 360°, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms communicated by a clinician or facility may apply to care they provide independently of the platform.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service in accordance with applicable requirements. Keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity under your account and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Patient Google Sign-In is an optional authentication method. Doctor, administrator, and cashier access remains subject to separate authorization and verification; a user may not claim or attempt to obtain a privileged role without authorization.
3. Nature of the service
Swastha 360° is a healthcare and wellness platform that supports accounts, patient health profiles, appointment booking, First Visit Forms, symptom information, clinician workflows, consultation records, prescriptions, notifications, and related operational functions. Features may be introduced, changed, restricted, or unavailable over time.
General website content and automated outputs are for information and workflow support. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for an individual assessment by an appropriately qualified professional.
4. Not for emergencies
Swastha 360° is not an emergency service and should not be used to request urgent or emergency assistance. If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger or need urgent medical care, contact the appropriate local emergency service or go to the nearest suitable medical facility.
5. Clinicians and professional care
Clinicians remain responsible for their professional judgments, advice, records, and care. Patients remain responsible for deciding whether to follow advice and for seeking further care when needed. Availability on the platform does not guarantee that a particular clinician, treatment, appointment, or outcome will be available or suitable.
6. Appointments and cancellations
Appointment availability is based on schedules shown in the service and may change. Provide an accurate booking reason and attend at the confirmed date and time. Cancellation options depend on the appointment’s timing and status. A cancellation through the service changes the booking record but does not establish a refund, credit, or fee-waiver policy. Confirm any financial or facility-specific consequences with the relevant provider.
7. Charges and payments
The service may record consultation charges and payment information for supported appointments. Displayed fees may be based on a clinician’s fee at the time of booking. Payment methods and payment-processing features may be limited or handled outside the patient portal. Swastha 360° does not publish a general refund policy in these terms. Confirm the amount, accepted method, receipt, cancellation consequence, and any refund arrangement before making a payment.
8. Appropriate use
You must not:
- access another person’s account or health information without authorization;
- provide false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent a professional role;
- attempt to bypass authentication, role checks, access controls, or other safeguards;
- introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, scrape protected information, or overload infrastructure;
- use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity; or
- copy or exploit service content or software in violation of applicable rights.
9. Intellectual property
The Swastha 360° name, interface, software, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms grant only a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain responsibility for information you submit and authorize us to process it as needed to operate the service.
10. Third-party services
Swastha 360° relies on services including Supabase, Google, Resend, Vercel, and Cloudflare. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we select and configure providers to support the application’s operation.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or other circumstances may interrupt access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably needed, including for safety, security, legal, or operational reasons.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with applicable requirements, investigate misuse, or address a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may contact us about account deletion. Some records may need to be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature, clinician, appointment, recommendation, or result will meet every user’s needs. Swastha 360° is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside reasonable control, misuse of the service, inaccurate information supplied by a user, or independent professional decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are subject to applicable law and do not designate an exclusive court or governing-law jurisdiction. Please contact us first so that concerns can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly. Any unresolved matter remains subject to the rights, procedures, and jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to myswastha360@gmail.com. Do not send passwords or unnecessary health details by email. You may also use the public contact section for currently published contact information.
